This patient presented with bilateral idiopathic gynecomastia since puberty, worse on the right than the left.

After undergoing full work-up, the patient underwent Dr. Truong’s signature gynecomastia procedure using SmartLipo with laser skin tightening and direct glandular excision. Note the automatic shrinking of the nipple after gland excision (no nipple reduction was needed).
